By booking a service through ZIRCON, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to technician availability in your selected locality.
• ZIRCON currently operates in Chandrayangutta, Falaknuma, Santoshnagar, Kanchanbagh, Bandlaguda, Bahadurpura and Malakpet.
• Service charges shown at the time of booking are estimates for the selected plan; additional parts or repairs, if required, will be quoted separately by the technician before work begins.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booking before a technician is assigned at no charge. Cancellations after a technician is on the way may attract a nominal visit charge.

Payments

Payment is collected by the technician after the service is completed, via cash or UPI, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Technician conduct

All technicians listed on ZIRCON are verified before onboarding. If you experience any issue with a technician's conduct or work quality, please report it through Contact Us so we can investigate.

Ratings & reviews

Ratings submitted after a completed service help us maintain quality and may be used to recognise or suspend technicians from the platform.

Limitation of liability

ZIRCON facilitates bookings between customers and independent technicians. While we verify technicians before onboarding, ZIRCON's liability for any loss or damage arising from a service visit is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZIRCON after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
